I am a Fractional Product Executive and Sustainability Consultant. I got my start at THULE, worked on the Private Brands Team at REI, and was the Director of Product at Oboz Footwear. I earned an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and taught at Montana State University.
I started Betagraph Consulting because I love helping Outdoor brands create amazing, sustainable products.
I believe every company, regardless of size, should have access to top Product Management and Sustainability expertise.

Fractional Product Executive
If you do not have a PM, it can be hard to commit to a new long-term hire. If you have a PM (or several), you can find yourself with a short-term need for added capacity, but not able to add full-time a resource. I can bring my experience from different categories, brands, and industries, to help your team get that project done they have been putting off.

I have developed and implemented these in organizations of different sizes, and across different categories. These can help the existing team, or lay a firm foundation for a full-time PM hire in the future.
Sustainability Strategy & Implementation
Sustainability and CSR are becoming minimum entry points. This is especially true in the Outdoor Industry, with retailers like REI establishing standards for all brands. It can be hard to know where to start, especially for small companies with limited resources. I have worked with top industry experts creating and implementing programs. I can help you do the same.
